Assigned learners come from several contiguous San Francisco attendance zones that feed into this Mission District campus before students move on to local high school placements. When choosing a neighborhood, many families consider travel time, transit access, and city services, as well as urban values in the Mission and nearby neighborhoods, which can reach $1.85 million. Positioned among middle schools in California, Everett’s defined attendance pattern and basic academic indicators contribute to how it is understood within the wider set of urban schooling pathways without implying performance hierarchy.
