East High School is celebrating the end of big changes to its campus, like a new, high-tech field house and updated science labs that will be ready for the spring semester of 2026. The Black Student Union at the school recently held a leadership summit for the whole community. It was all about getting involved in the community and helping each other out. New fine arts programs have also added digital music production suites to their classes, which gives students more ways to be creative.
Q1. Can students in school take the ACT or SAT at school?
Ans. East High is a central location for standardized testing, making it easy for students to take the ACT and SAT.
Q2. What makes East High School's spirit special?
Ans. A lively culture of acceptance and a wide range of elective classes lets students show off their unique skills and backgrounds.
Q3. Are there arts programs at the school?
Ans. The fine arts department is strong, giving students a lot of chances to get involved in music, drama, and visual arts.
Q4. How does East High get students ready for the job market?
Ans. Students in school get hands-on experience in high-demand vocational fields through a variety of technical education classes.
Q5. Are there chances to play sports?
Ans. School kids can join a lot of different competitive sports teams that help them work together and stay healthy.
