The Pacific Northwest Marching Band Championships were held recently, and University High School's marching band came in ninth place overall in the Finals with their show "Miner 49er." The band also took part in the Cavalcade of Bands in Kennewick, WA, where they scored 76.80, which was better than their first performance. Also, the Titan Softball team from the school showed their athletic spirit by winning a 5-inning game against their rivals.
