The Granite Technical Institute is a public technical school in Salt Lake City, Utah, that only teaches students in grades 7–12. Granite Technical Institute's health sciences division now offers a new Biomanufacturing certificate program. Students can get real-world experience in specialized labs through this program. The institute's aviation and engineering labs recently got high-fidelity simulators and advanced robotics equipment to keep up with new industry standards. More and more students are also joining the Work-Based Learning program, which helps them get paid internships and apprenticeships with some of the best companies in the medical and technology fields.
