Brandeis High School is a highly rated public school in San Antonio that serves students in grades 9–12. It has a large student body of about 2,727 people and is one of the most well-known schools in the Northside Independent School District. With a student-to-teacher ratio of 17:1, the campus provides a good place for students to learn. The school is known as one of the best because of its high academic standards. For example, 74% of students can read well and 50% can do math well. The school has a great reputation in the community, which often brings families to the area where home prices are in the middle range and the lifestyle is desirable. The school encourages students to get ready for college by giving them a wide range of advanced tests and a full curriculum. Brandeis High School is one of the best schools because it consistently does well in academics and creates a well-rounded environment that helps its diverse student body get ready for success in college and beyond, and it is one of the best high schools in Texas.

Brandeis High School just had a big party to celebrate the opening of its new Career and Technical Education (CTE) wing. It has labs that are up to industry standards for students who want to get high-demand certifications. The campus has also started a new peer-mentoring program to help new students deal with the tough academic environment. Seniors will lead study groups for the new students. The fine arts department also did very well in recent regional competitions, which shows that the school is dedicated to excellence in both performance and visual arts.
