The Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County is getting a lot of attention for its new programs! Paige Rivers and Ben Cerra, two students, recently won the PennDOT Innovations Challenge for their idea to put a seat belt indicator light on the outside of a car to make the roads safer. The school is also putting on a welding camp for kids and adults and is asking for technology donations to help with hands-on learning. The Practical Nursing Program also has a 100% job placement and NCLEX pass rate.
