Being Updated
Everyone at Louis E. Dieruff High School is very excited! The school is getting a big upgrade. They plan to spend between $15 million and $18 million to rebuild the practice field, which will give students a state-of-the-art space and may even host a girls' flag football team. The project should be done in 21 months, with construction starting in the fall of 2026. Also, the school's Learning Dome has been updated with new software and portable workstations with VR headsets, which give students hands-on learning experiences.
Q1. Does the school support students' creativity?
Ans. Yes, students are given chances to do creative work and think critically to solve problems in the real world.
Q2. Are there chances for peer mentoring?
Ans. Yes, of course! Older students can help younger ones by teaching them how to work together, support each other, and be leaders.
Q3. What does the school do to help students get ready for college?
Ans. Students can take the SAT and ACT tests, and there are resources and help available for planning for college.
Q4. Are there clubs that can get students more involved?
Ans. Yes, students can join a number of clubs that help them learn, work together, and grow as people.
Q5. Does the school value differences?
Ans. Yes, Dieruff High welcomes all of its students, no matter what their background is.
