Global Impact STEM Academy broke ground on Phase II of its Upper Academy in 2025, a 32,000-square-foot expansion on Clark State College’s Leffel Lane campus that will house all grades 9-12 under one roof when it opens in fall 2027. The new facility adds 15 flexible classrooms, six STEM and science labs for bioscience, agriculture, engineering and aerospace technology, and a state-of-the-art esports lab within the STEM Commons. GISA welcomed college and trade representatives at its October 23, 2025 College and Trade School Fair, connecting students with Choffin Career and Technical Center, Kent State University, Laurel Technical Institute, and Sheet Metal Workers Local 33.
