The High School for Community Leadership has launched a new civic engagement program connecting students with local organizations. Recently the school has added academic support services like SAT prep workshops and tutoring. Technology in the classroom has been improved to provide more interactive learning experiences.
Q1. Are there service-learning opportunities with HS for Community Leadership?
Ans. Yes, the school does have community service projects, through which students can work with local organizations and develop a sense of civic responsibility.
Q2. Are there opportunities for students to participate in public speaking or debate?
Ans. The school offers students opportunities to develop their communication skills through presentations, discussions and leadership activities.
Q3. What kinds of student leadership positions are available?
Ans. Students can hold leadership positions in student government, peer mentoring, school events, etc.

Ans. Yes, the school has special programs and resources to help students who are learning English.

Ans. The school partners with local organizations to give students authentic learning and community engagement opportunities.
