Northeast Lauderdale High School is a well-known public high school in Meridian, Mississippi, that serves students in grades 9 through 12. As a key member of the Lauderdale County School District, it has about 750 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 15:1. It is known as one of the best schools for academics, and it has a strong Advanced Placement program that 34% of students take part in. There are a lot of different types of students at the school. 66% of the students are minorities, and 60% of them are low-income, and it is one of the best High School in "Mississippi" . Northeast Lauderdale High School has a high level of academic success, with 70% of students being good at math and 38% being good at reading. The school helps students get ready for college by letting them take the ACT and SAT. The school is in a community that values learning, and it is known as one of the best schools for balancing core academics with college preparation. Recently, students at Northeast Lauderdale High School took part in a one-of-a-kind design contest with a shoe company from the area. The school's programs to help students get ready for jobs are also working well. Recently, seniors had "Decision Day," when they told everyone what they were going to do after high school: go to college, trade school, or join the military. The district foundation will give teachers new grants for professional development in 2026. These grants will help teachers pay for creative projects in the classroom.

Ans. Yes, students can learn how to be leaders by joining student groups, working on group projects, and mentoring other students.

Ans. Of course, yes! Older kids can teach younger kids how to be leaders, work together, and help each other.

Ans. Of course! Northeast Lauderdale High School helps students' mental, emotional, and social health by giving them counseling and wellness programs.
