The individualized approach of Leap Launching Emerging Adults Prg in Rochester, Minnesota, is focused on student growth in four main areas: graduation, employment, housing, and community integration. The program helps teens and young adults between the ages of 16 and 21 to rehabilitate. Every week, students meet to set goals and get help. The goal of this project is to make a place where students can do well.
