It is a public high school in Sterling Heights, Michigan, that teaches grades 9 through 12. There are about 1,600 students at the school, and the student-to-teacher ratio is about 22:1. Adlai Stevenson High School has been getting a lot of attention for its new ideas, like the Homebuilding program, which lets students build a house in just one school year. The school's instrumental music program recently showed off its talent at the winter concert. Students like Jordan Mathews, who was chosen for the MSBOA All-State Honors Band, played. The school's counseling department has also been helping students finish Xello lessons, which help them look into possible college and career paths.
