In 2026, students at Frederick High School are actively helping the community. For example, a soloist will perform at the 36th annual Rev. This January, there was a celebration for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The school also had students in charge of hosting and emceeing the district-wide event, which was based on the theme "Learning with Character, Leading with Courage." The school is also getting ready for the 2026–2027 school year now that the Board of Education has approved new and updated courses in the high school course guide.
