Bloomington High School North is a public high school in Bloomington, Indiana that has grades 9–12. It is one of four high schools in the Monroe County Community School Corporation. There are about 1,900 students at the school, and there is one teacher for every 18 students. This makes the school a fun and collaborative place to learn. People say that Bloomington High School North is one of the best schools in the area. It has a lot of Advanced Placement (AP) classes and tests, and about 42% of students take them. It also has college-prep pathways and honors programs. The school has a lot of different types of students. Around 27% of them are minorities, and around 33% of them come from families with low incomes. About 51% of students were good at math and 65% were good at reading in the 2025–2026 school year. The school gives students the SAT and ACT tests to help them get ready for college. Bloomington High School North is in a busy suburban area and looks good because it has strong academics, a lot of activities, and programs that focus on students.

Bloomington High School North honored a number of student-athletes in January 2026 who did very well at the regional swimming and wrestling championships. The school's science department recently got new, better lab equipment to help with the growing biotechnology and environmental science curriculum. The performing arts program is also getting ready for its next state-level competitions after doing well at music festivals.
