About New Horizons Learning Center

New Horizons Learning Center is a public alternative school in Panama City, Florida, for students in grades 6–12 who go to Bay District Schools. The school is for kids who do better in a structured and helpful environment. With 120 students, the student-to-teacher ratio is very low at about 5:1.
