Miramar High School is a very exciting place to be! The school recently had a party to celebrate the opening of its new media center. This was part of a $21 million renovation project that made the art rooms, band rooms, and aviation lab better. The point of this modernization is to help students learn better. The school has also started a Local Government Academy for ninth graders that teaches them about careers in public service, leadership, and how to run a government.
