TERRA Environmental Research Institute is helping launch the 2026 academic season with an expanded outdoor “Living Laboratory” that will give students the chance to experience cutting-edge environmental field research up close and in person on campus. The school was recently named a Magnet School of Excellence for the success of its Biomedical and Robotics academies in national competitions this spring. Seniors are also involved in a new environmental internship program that pairs them with local scientific organizations to help solve real-world ecological problems.
