The Florida Department of Education gave the City of Hialeah Educational Academy a grant to build a new two-story building with eight classrooms, outside stairs, and modern facilities. The school is also getting a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Hall, which will make it easier for students to learn and take pressure off of park facilities. The school also has a 50-year lease on city-owned land, which guarantees its future and makes it possible for more growth.
