In Cape Coral, Florida, Oasis Charter High School is a public charter high school. It is one of 32 high schools in the Lee County School District and teaches students in grades 9 through 12. There are between 450 and 550 students at the school, and the student-to-teacher ratio is low, at about 18:1. This makes the learning environment smaller and more personalized. The main goal of Oasis Charter High School is to get students ready for college by focusing on core subjects and giving them individualized instruction. Only 9% of students take Advanced Placement® (AP) classes. According to latest news & World Report, the school is 421st in Florida. For the school year 2025–2026, 58% of students met math standards and 59% met reading/ELA standards. This is higher than the average for many districts. The school has a lot of different kinds of students. Around 35% of them are from minority groups, and around 23% of them are poor. The amount of money spent on each student is about the same as what charter schools get, and it's usually less than the national average.
