The national EDSAFE AI Alliance Policy Lab has chosen Colorado Early Colleges Fort Collins to be a part of it in 2026. This means that the school will help make rules for how to use AI in a responsible way in schools. Recently, the high school held a big VEX Robotics competition with 39 teams from all over the area. Its own robotics students won the top prizes. In August 2026, the campus will also undergo a major expansion when it merges with the Windsor campus to offer more cybersecurity and technical programs.
