Being Updated
Recently, Social Justice Humanitas Academy has talked a lot about how it is a great model for community schools. It does this by putting the well-being of its students first with a multi-tiered support system and personalized graduation plans. The academy keeps giving its students new ways to be creative. For example, they are publishing a second edition of a student anthology book that has personal stories from people in the San Fernando community.
