As part of the Measure J Bond Program, Norte Vista High School is making a lot of changes to its campus. Two of the changes are to update old classrooms and add new, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. People in the area still know about the Green Construction Academy at the school. It gives students hands-on experience with solar technology and building in a way that is good for the environment through community projects. The soccer and wrestling teams on campus also recently celebrated their success in the most recent league competitions, where they won important matches.
