Hemet High School recently won the 2025 Hatchell Cup, a national award given to the football team for having a high cumulative GPA and doing well in school. The school keeps adding more sports options, and this winter saw the successful start of a new Girls' Flag Football program, which finished its first season. In the arts, the school is getting ready for its spring production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream," which will take place in late March at the school theater.
