The Measure M project at Roosevelt High School recently broke ground on a new 13,300-square-foot auxiliary gymnasium. This will give students more indoor space for physical education and sports. The school is also adding more Career Technical Education (CTE) options, such as a new year-long Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification course for seniors and specific pathways in Pathways of Medicine and Public Service. Additionally, a group of students recently won the Swede Award at Swede Fest Junior for their creative work in video production, which shows how strong the campus is in the arts and media.
