Shasta has just opened the application period for the 2026 Oster Scholarship at Summit Public School. This scholarship gives up to $20,000 to graduating seniors who want to go to college or get vocational training. The school still talks a lot about its unique mentoring model, in which each student meets with a teacher once a week to set personal goals and keep track of their own academic progress. The campus is also still a leader in preparing students for college.
