Sixteen Plainfield East High School student musicians have been chosen to participate in the 2025 All-State Student Programs in Peoria by ILMEA. Senior student musicians Victoria Gatto and Anthony Tilkin were recognized for their performances in band and chorus. The district also announced that social studies teacher Kady Fairfield Meneses was selected to participate in the prestigious Transatlantic Educators Dialogue (TED) Program, an international program that brings educators together to discuss international issues and various perspectives in the classroom.
