About Aspen Early Learning Center

The main focus on curriculum content specifically in primary education settings is on developing the social & emotional skills necessary for children to become competent & confident adults; developing the skills of literacy/numeracy and preparing them emotionally to be ready when entering primary school and secondary schools as well.

A. The Aspen Center offers both full and half day’s options to accommodate the availability of the district and its resources.

Q3. How does the Aspen Center support children with special needs?

A. Although the Aspen Center offers services to assist children with special needs, it does work with outside experts to create custom services to meet each child's individual needs.

Q4. Do students receive meals / snacks at the Aspen Center?

A. Every day, students at The Aspen Center are provided with healthy snacks in accordance with “District Nutrition Guidelines”.

Q5. How does Aspen assist children making the transition to primary school?

A. To support the transition of children into primary school, Aspen has established activities to help children develop independence, create habits, and become familiar with school expectations.
