The new "Story Walk" at Central City Elementary School in Huntington is meant to get families involved and improve literacy. The program, which is paid for by a literacy grant, includes outdoor story stations, STEAM activities, and trips to the Children's Museum in the area. Family Fun Nights are another way to get people involved in the community and help kids learn to read.
