A: You can volunteer in class, attend PTA meetings, help with events, and/or join PTA after-school club programs. Volunteering truly supports families and children with their school experiences!
Q2: What after-school clubs does my child have at Sunrise Elementary?
A: The after-school clubs are music, art, sports, and STEM. They are a way for children to express themselves, learn to collaborate, and learn to take lead in group activities. All of these benefits are awesome while participating in activities and fun outside of the classroom.
Q3: Does Sunrise Elementary offer any before or after-school care?
A: Yes, Sunrise Elementary offer structured before and after school programs with supervision, homework help, and additional activities for families to utilize.
Q4: What will my child learn at Sunrise Elementary School?
A: Sunrise Elementary follows Washington state's learning guidelines. The focus will be on reading, math, science, and social studies. In addition to those core classes, Sunrise Elementary has music, art, computer, and gym time to enhance the learning experience.
Q5: What do I need to enroll my child in Sunrise Elementary?
A: To enroll your child, you will need to have a birth certificate, proof of residency, vaccination record, and any paperwork from the prior school.
