Q1: What subjects does Green Gables Elementary cover?
A: Green Gables Elementary teaches according to Washington State standards. We cover reading, math, science, and social studies, along with fun classes in arts, music, and tech to round things out.
Q2: What after school activities will my child be able to join?
A: We have a lot of offerings! Children can sign up for music, arts, sports, and STEM clubs. They are great ways for kids to make friends and learn teamwork and leadership outside of class.
Q3: Does Green Gables Elementary have school buses?
A: Yes, we do! If you live in an eligible area, your child will take the bus to and from school. It's safe and easy!
Q4: What is the required paperwork to sign my child up?
A: We will require your child's birth certificate, proof of residence in the area, shot records, and any records from their previous school, to sign up.
Q5: How can I be part of the school?
A: There are many ways to be involved! You can help in-class, attend PTA meetings, help support events, and help with our after school programs. It is a great way to be involved!
