Bellevue Open Doors Reengagement is making it easier for low-income students to get into college by passing a new law that makes it easier for them to get the Washington College Grant. The program also focuses on earning certificates, and community and technical colleges offer stackable models. Open Doors also has webinars and other resources for students, such as help with filling out the FAFSA and WASFA forms. The program puts the most important thing first: helping students reach their academic or career goals.
