Being Updated
The sports teams at Western Branch High School are making a big splash with how well they play! The girls' track team just won the National Title in the Sprint Medley Relay, which shows how good they are. The school's JROTC Wildcat Battalion also made it to the States, which shows how hard they work together and how dedicated they are. The Western Branch boys' basketball team also did well against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy High School and Great Bridge High School, winning 80-32 and 79-42, respectively.

Ans. Western Branch High has a college-preparatory curriculum and gives students chances to learn through practical activities and improve their skills.

Ans. Students join clubs, leadership programs, and other activities outside of school to learn how to work with others, be creative, and make friends.

Ans. Yes, students can get ready for college-level work by taking Advanced Placement classes and tests.

Ans. Yes, as part of getting ready for college, students can take both the SAT and the ACT.
