Rosa Lee Carter Elementary School is located at 43330 Loudoun Reserve Drive in Ashburn nestled in a well-developed suburban neighbourhood within Loudoun County. They serve students from grades PK-5 and enrolls approximately 800 students with a student-teacher ratio of 13:1. 89% of students are proficient in math and 92% meet or exceed grade-level reading benchmarks. The student population is made up of 51% female students and 49% male students. Rosa Lee Carter Elementary School hosted its first evening event, **RLC PTO Boo-ful Bingo Night**, on Friday, October 24, where families and students enjoyed a fun-filled night together in costume.
