In West Valley City, Utah, Vanguard Academy is a public charter high school for students in grades 9–12. It is the only high school in the Vanguard Academy district, and it is known as one of the best schools because of its focused academic environment and dedication to helping students succeed. The school maintains an enrollment of approximately 500 students with a student-to-teacher ratio of roughly 19:1. 1% of the students are minorities, and 52% of the students are considered economically disadvantaged. As one of the highest-performing schools in the region regarding core competencies, Vanguard Academy reports a mathematics proficiency of 58% and a reading proficiency of 45%, and it is one of the best High School in "Utah" . The school gets about $8,837 per student and offers a structured and supportive environment that focuses on getting students ready for college and careers. Its main strengths are that its students are very good at math and that its teachers are very dedicated to making sure that all graduates have a strong academic foundation for success in college and beyond.

Vanguard Academy just started a new technology program that gives students access to high-tech tools for coding and digital design projects. The school has also added community service programs and leadership workshops that stress civic duty to its list of activities outside of school. Also, the facilities have been updated recently, giving students modern classrooms that are meant to help them study alone and with other students on schoolwork.

Ans. Students can have more fun at school if they play sports, do arts and crafts, join clubs, or do things that get them involved in the community.

Ans. Students can take the SAT and ACT tests on-site or through programs that work together.
