Alpine School District's Northridge Elementary School is a public school in Orem that serves Pre-K through 6th grade. The school has about 400–460 students and a student–teacher ratio of about 21:1, which means that each teacher can give equal help to all of their students. Most of the students at the school are White, with a smaller number of Hispanic and multicultural students. This makes for a close-knit and community-driven environment. The district has good resources, but the academic proficiency rates are only about 56% in math and 51% in reading, which shows that there is room for improvement elementary schools in utah. The average amount spent per student is about $7,587, which shows that the school is consistently investing. The area is still popular with families because home prices are between $495,000 and $572,000. Northridge is a stable place to learn that gives students a lot of chances to grow academically.
