Longview in Texas is a mid-sized city in East Texas with about 82,000 people. It is known for its friendly community, low cost of living and strong local traditions. The Longview Independent School District (Longview ISD) and the Pine Tree Independent School District both run several elementary schools. Schools focus on core subjects, early reading and math skills, STEM programs, and fine arts programs. They also help a lot of students by offering bilingual and enrichment services.
