Kujawa Ec/Pk/K won the National Merit Award from Magnet Schools of America in 2026 for its great magnet programs for young kids. There are now more than 20% more students on campus than there were a few years ago. This shows that it is becoming more popular in the Aldine area. Teachers are now using "OWL Labs" to start new reading and writing projects that will help kids learn new words by reading stories.
