A student at George Whitten received a heartfelt surprise when a parent in the military returned home unexpectedly, and the school community celebrated with a welcome home moment shared via district social media. The school calendar currently lists Fall Break (Oct 8–10, 2025), during which no students will be in sessionGeorge Whitten continues to emphasize its counseling services, reinforcing the role of its Counseling Center in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
