Webster Elementary in Yankton, South Dakota, is celebrating a number of new programs that are making school more fun and interesting for its students. The school just started its "Kindness Counts" campaign, which is meant to help create a school culture that is positive and supportive. Students have been making kindness posters, writing thank-you notes, and taking part in activities that encourage empathy and respect. The campaign has been a big success; students say they feel more connected to each other and their community.
