The latest news of Drayton mills Elementary school, hyundai gave third-grade teacher Matt Johnson at the school a $10,000 STEM grant in October 2025. The money will go toward STEM project kits and robotics equipment for students in different grades. The staff says that the new resources will help students get started with hands-on engineering and technology projects this spring. The school community is getting ready for its annual book fair and career day, where students will meet with professionals from the area and do reading-related activities that are connected to STEM themes. This school shows how there students that Drayton Mills Elementary is putting more and more emphasis on student involvement, innovation, and hands-on learning.
