Midway Elementary School just opened a new outdoor learning area that has new picnic tables, a small reading pavilion, and garden beds. The goal is to find new ways for students to learn and play outside. Teachers have said that the space makes it easier for students to do science experiments and work together in groups, which adds a new level to their everyday learning.
