Recently, students joined in on “Hat Day for United Way,” a lighthearted fundraiser that invited them to wear creative or funny hats in exchange for a small donation. The event raised a little over $2,400 and brought a cheerful mood to the school for the day. Teachers said students enjoyed having a simple way to help the community while also boosting school spirit.
