Mount Pleasant High School is going through a historic change with a $172 million project to build a brand new, state-of-the-art building with 21st-century learning environments. This new building has special areas for career and technical education, such as a high-tech media center and new science labs that help students get ready for new jobs. The school also recently celebrated the success of its sports programs. Several student-athletes earned individual awards and college scholarships for their hard work in the classroom and on the field.
