Esek Hopkins Middle school recently launched its inaugural Turkey Trot, an athletic initiative promoting physical health where students were awarded for top performance in a mile run. It continues to offer advanced STEM courses and robust after-school academic enrichment.
Q1. Does the school have a schedule that changes every day?
Ans. The school has a set daily schedule for all of its classes so that students can count on it.
Q2. Are lockers given to each person?
Ans. Each student gets their own locker to keep their books and other school supplies in.
Q3. What does the school do about being late?
Ans. Clear attendance rules and timely communication with parents or guardians help keep tardiness under control.
Q4: Can students bring their own laptops?
Ans. You can only use your personal laptop if it follows the district's rules about technology and how to use it.
Q5. Is peer mediation an option?
Ans. Trained school counselors can help with conflict resolution and peer mediation.
