Dorseyville Middle School is getting a lot of attention for what it's done lately! Recently, students did very well in the Purple Comet Math Meet, coming in first out of 30 teams in Pennsylvania and 16th out of 298 teams in the country. The school is also working on projects that help the environment. For example, a group of students won first place at the Hack the Ram competition for their prototype website that supports green initiatives. The school has also been working on making its facilities better, such as putting in new presentation systems in rooms where large groups of students learn.

Ans. Projects that require students to ask questions, experiments that require them to do things, and interesting lessons all make students more curious about learning.

Ans. Students can join programs in visual arts, music, theater, and creative writing to let their imaginations run wild.

Ans. Physical education, wellness workshops, and mindfulness sessions help people stay balanced and healthy.

Ans. Student councils, team projects, and chances to speak in front of a group all help students become more confident and responsible.
