The City Charter High School is expanding the project-based learning model through new partnerships in technology, entrepreneurship and community engagement. The school has also been more focused on innovation and collaborative learning through new academic programmes and student-driven projects. New enrichment activities and workshops continue to offer expanded opportunities for academic and professional development for students.
Q1. What makes City CHS different than traditional high schools?
Ans. City CHS is project-based and experiential learning. This enables students to have real-world educational experiences outside the traditional classroom model.
Q2. Does City CHS have community based learning opportunities?
Ans. Yes, students regularly participate in fieldwork, internships, service projects and community engagement activities as part of their education.
Q3. Does City CHS have any extracurricular activities?
Ans. Yes, the school has clubs, student organizations, arts activities and leadership opportunities based on student interests.
Q4. Does City CHS provide college prep support?
Ans. Students do receive academic counseling, SAT guidance and college planning help throughout their high school years.

Ans. The school provides a more intimate, collaborative learning environment with a focus on individual attention, critical thinking and active student engagement.
