To support its workforce development and construction training programs, YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School has increased the number of industry partnerships and certifications it offers. This year the school has beefed up its mentorship and leadership development programs. Recent program changes have focused on hands-on learning experiences in the skilled trades and careers in public service.
