Jazzmin, a student at Upper Perkiomen MS, recently recorded academic achievement by winning the finals of the Four-Way Speech Contest, which was held at DeSales University. The result made Jazzmin the first student in the district to earn the title. The victory was an acknowledgement of individual excellence in public speaking and competitive presentation. The accomplishment added a historic milestone to the school’s student academic profile
