Southern Lehigh Intermediate School was one of only three schools in the state to meet high benchmark criteria for Grade 6 proficiency and growth. The name was chosen from a field of more than 1,000 schools statewide. The results are based on the performance students have shown through testing and their progress toward established academic benchmarks. The result puts the school in the small group that meets both the achievement and growth standards statewide.
