The most recent news says, Jarman Elementary School has been getting good press lately for both health programs that help the community and big improvements to the school building. In May 2025, the Delta Dental of lahoma Foundation brought its "Cavity Prevention Clinic" on wheels to Jarman. At the same time, the Union Public Schools Board approved a $1.74 million contract to replace the old roof at Jarman Elementary. This is part of a larger renovation project funded by bonds throughout the district.
